Our owner and operator has a degree from the Animal Arts Academy, an Indiana state accredited school, so you can rely on the highest quality work and care for your animal. We are also locally owned and operated, so you'll be bringing your pet to a neighbor that you can trust. Melissa
Melissa is our owner and began running All Breed in 2017. She's been working with dogs her whole life, but has been doing it professionally for over 15 years. She graduated from Animal Arts Academy grooming school in Indianapolis in 2010. She has two daughters and four dogs, so you can rest assured she will provide the same care she would expect for her own.
Taylor
Taylor is our Kennel Manager who started in October of 2017. Whenever she has time, you can usually find her taking her dogs hiking if the weather permits. She is the walking encyclopedia of All Breed history, so when in doubt, seek Taylor out!
Lily
Lily is our Assistant Manager who started in June of 2022. She has a raging caffeine addiction, so if you don't see a Monster in her hand...run! Despite being allergic to dogs and cats, she chooses to torture herself and make it her job (but it's worth every single sneeze.)
Ellie
Ellie is our Grooming Manager who started in March of 2019. She is a master of the shears and can cut any hair type wonderfully. Despite her immense skill with our furry friends, she is scared of cutting human hair.
Kennedy
Kennedy is a groomer who started in August of 2020. She specializes in curly hair and loves a good doodle cut! She is a mom and self-proclaimed "talker and taco eater" who would love to pamper your pet.
Issy
Issy is our Weekend Supervisor who started August of 2021. She's helped save hundreds of animals' lives through personal rescue as well as working as an animal control officer. With such a big heart for animals, it shouldn't surprise anyone that she has a pet raccoon that she had rescued as a baby.
Nick
Nick is our Gym Leader who started in March of 2018. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games or watching anime with his dogs Duke and Bennie. You can always count on Nick to say "hello" to every dog he sees in a day, even if they don't say it back!
Emalee
Emalee is a kennel tech and bather who started in April of 2022. She is an animal magnet and professional stray pet catcher who has four dogs and four cats of her own at home. In her time off, she can often be found practicing her grooming skills on her friend's and family's dogs.
Taylor
Taylor is a kennel tech who started in February of 2025. He is the life of the party and always makes sure the shop staff can get a good laugh in. Recently he has graduated from Pet Aid and CPR certification classes to make sure he can best care for the pets around him, no matter the circumstances.
Holly
Holly is a kennel tech who started in December of 2025. She is continually trying to find the best ways possible to care for the pets around her! Whether it be bottle feeding kittens who can't care for themselves or training with dogs, Holly is up for any challenge and does it purely for the love of the game.
Maggie
Maggie is a kennel tech who started in January of 2026. Despite being a self-described "hot mess with some OCD tendencies", she has big dreams of opening a dog sanctuary in her own backyard. If given the choice between humans or dogs, she would choose dogs every time.
